Inclusion & Diversity 

We are very excited about inclusion and diversity. We have been providing education to our colleagues for years regarding race, religion, sexual orientation and a whole other range of interesting topics to encourage open dialogue and ultimately to encourage everyone to feel comfortable being themselves at work.

Inclusion and Diversity is at the heart of everything we do, from our hiring process, right through to our forums, our employees wellbeing, pay equality and career paths.  We encourage diversity of thought, allyship and inclusion. We see how we are all the same irrespective of the variety of abilities ( both mental and physical), personalities , age and nationalities and we believe we are better because of that diversity.

We encourage conversations and support activities that increase the level of awareness throughout the business and ensure colleagues can have fun with each other, discuss race, customs, religion, food, national sport, and a whole range of interesting topics which create an open dialogue and ensure everyone feels comfortable being themselves at work.

Learning sessions on unconscious bias have increased the level of awareness within the office regarding how we think and how easily blindspots and biases can hinder us as we work with others.
