We are paid on the 28th of the month unless that date is a weekend or public holiday, in which case we are paid the working day prior. We don’t pay in arrears; any pay you receive at the end of a month is for that month.
If your employment begins after the 20th of the month you will be paid for the first time the following month, this will include any back pay as necessary.
To ensure we can pay you, please ensure you bring your bank details with you on your first day. You will be asked to input your details to our HR system, Workday.
We don’t enforce a strict dress code. We’d like you to wear what you feel is appropriate for your image and ours. To offer some guidance; jeans, trainers, t shirts, sandals are all acceptable, all we ask is for you not to wear football/ sports shirts, no offensive symbols/slogans, avoid anything too revealing and ensure your outfit is clean and tidy.
Should you be visiting or meeting clients or external providers we ask you to adopt a business casual dress code or dress appropriately for the client’s culture.
